Has my order been shipped?

If you have not received any updates via email, it has not been shipped and I am still processing it. You will only receive the tracking number if the order has been shipped.

Please be patient whilst I am making orders. Processing time has been clearly stated under each product to allow me time to make the high level of orders.

Is shipping available for my country?

We offer shipping for most countries! Please check our shipping & delivery page here. Shipping prices are calculated at checkout.

If you cannot see your country available, please contact us and we might be able to add it!

Do your sizes run big?

As sizes are unisex, they normally run big but to make sure you select the correct sizing, please use our size chart to measure. Most of our customers still tend to size up for an oversize fit!

We will not accept any refunds/exchanges for incorrect sizing.

How do I care for my sweatshirt/hoodie ?

• Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors, remove immediately. Use non-chlorine bleach only when needed.

• Avoid washing the embroidered sweatshirt with items that might cause damage such as zippers and buttons.

• Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. This is to avoid damage.

• Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.

• Do not dry clean.

Due to COVID-19, unfortunately there have been delivery delays across the world, which is why you may be experiencing longer processing times and slow tracking updates.

Where can I purchase your printed apparel?

Our printed apparel will only be available on our Etsy page as they are fulfilled with a third party. Our embroidered sweatshirts are fulfilled by yours truly.

I'm an EU customer. Do your prices include tax (VAT)?

No, they do not. You will be responsible for duties, taxes or any surcharges which may be imposed by your country as your order passes through customs. Customers are liable for such charges and may be contacted by the local customs agencies directly to settle these charges.

Please note The Book Meadow does not pre-pay or cover these costs, have no control over these charges and are unable to advise what the cost would be as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. To estimate these expected charges, please contact your local customs agency for details.

What is a digital download?

Our prints can be instantly downloaded after purchase. Please read the product description carefully and do not expect any physical item to be shipped out.

I want to customise something! How can I do that?

Do you accept refunds/exchanges or cancellations?

 As our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order using the contact form or email

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please advise us within 12 hours of your order being placed. You will not be able to cancel after this period as we make each item to order. Please email us at
